Energy. You gotta have it and it always seems like you’re running low in CastleVille. Almost every action you make in the game uses up an energy point and since you’re capped at 25 energy, you need to find ways to get more. Fortunately, there are some basic CastleVille energy cheats, tips and strategies that will help you maximize your energy use in the game.

You Gotta Have Friends

Without exception, the best way to get more energy is to make heavy use of friends and neighbors. The more friends you have in the game, the more energy you can earn. The first method is through gifting. It’s very easy to send your friends a single-use energy potion and receive those potions in return. Although you’re limited to having 15 potions at a time in your inventory, if you have a lot of friends who actively send gifts, you can have a near endless supply of energy.

You also get one point of energy for each friend that you visit and help out. You need to perform five tasks in your friend’s kingdom to get the bonus energy point.

Spend Some Crowns

You can also purchase energy potions in the Market for a quick fix. These are not cheap, but they are very reliable sources of energy in the game. The more expensive potions give a better rate of energy per crown spent, but they have a pretty hefty price tag. The HUGE Energy Potion provides 30 energy and costs 21 crowns, providing 1.42 energy per crown spent. It’s a big investment, but will give you a lot more playing time.

Wait It Out

You’ll earn back 1 point up energy every five minutes up to your maximum (usually 25). Sometimes, the best way to refill your energy is to simply stop playing the game for a while and wait it out. Heck, you could even go outside!
